At Build Zero Consulting, we believe every project is an opportunity to shape a healthier, more resilient, and more sustainable future. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that 33 Joralemon has officially achieved Phius Design Certification!
Working alongside Shannon Pendleton (Lead CPHC), we brought our expertise as Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHCs) to help deliver a design that pushes the boundaries of energy efficiency, comfort, and durability.
Why Phius Certification Matters
Phius-certified projects meet some of the most rigorous standards for building performance in North America. From airtight construction to optimized energy modeling, every detail is carefully calibrated to:
Reduce energy demand and carbon footprint
Improve indoor air quality and occupant health
Create durable, resilient spaces for long-term sustainability
A Step Toward a Zero-Carbon Future
33 Joralemon stands as another example of what’s possible when we prioritize performance and sustainability in our built environment. At Build Zero Consulting, we’re proud to have played a role in guiding this project to certification—and we’re even more excited about what it represents for the future of high-performance buildings.
